How do I pickup my order?
Pickup is available from our facility in Downtown, Fort Wayne. Additional instructions will be sent via email. Please only select this option at checkout if you are serious about pickup, or have coordinated pickup with our staff.

May I cancel my order?
No, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or returned. With that being said, should your order or product have any issues or flaws - please contact us!

Where do you ship to?
We ship to the 48 States in the Contigous United States. For orders outside of this area, contact us.

When will my order ship?
We currently sell on a pre-order basis, so most orders ship a few weeks after they are placed. Check product pages for expected lead times. This does not include time in transit and is regardless of shipping method selected at checkout.

May I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped or placed in our shipping queue. Please contact us with your order number and new shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order has left our facility we are unable to make any changes.

Who designs your merch, and what do they mean?
We credit the artists for every design on each product's page, please check them out! There you will also find a quick synopsis for the inspiration for each piece and collection.
